Inaugural Elevated Estate Co Auction
This auction is a small sampling of what’s to come and features a variety of treasures from different eras and genres. Great gifts, collectibles, keepsakes, figurines, toys, bedroom refresh bundles, holiday bundles and much more!
Examples of what you will find are some vintage gems, Precious Moments figurines, unique dolls, brand name bedroom decor and furnishings, toys, classic white serve wear, original art and framed prints, an iconic Jenny Lind (Land of Nod) bed frame, outdoor furniture and decor, gorgeous area rug, Christmas, Halloween & Thanksgiving decor, antique vases, vintage lighters and much more!
Brands include Pottery Barn Teen, Pier One, Hallmark, Ugg, Adidas, Coach, American Girl, Thomas the Train, Polly Pockets and more.
Pickup in Dry Creek Ranch on Saturday Dec 16th 9:00am-2:00pm
**THERE IS NO FLEXIBILITY ON THE PICKUP DATES**
If you cannot make this pick-up date/time, do not bid. Applicable state taxes + a 10% buyer's premium are added. Please read our terms and conditions prior to bidding. All invoices MUST BE PAID within 24 hours of auction close, or items will be forfeited, and bidding privileges permanently revoked. Bidding is a contractual agreement and obligation to pay. Do not bid if you do not plan to pay, or cannot make pick-ups. Invoices are sent out via email the evening of auction close. Address is not provided until morning of pickups, to maintain security at the residence.
This is a Soft Close auction.
If two or more bidders are actively bidding within the last 2 minutes of the auction closing the clock will add 2 more minutes to the clock until all bidding stops. Once active bidding stops the clock will count down from when the last bid was placed.
The address will be posted on your invoice around 7am. Shipping can be arranged for small items. Shipping cost will need to be paid via Venmo/Zelle prior to shipping. Contact Christine or Angie for any questions at 208-779-0335.
